We were traveling through St. Joseph with our RV and an engine code appeared on our truck. We pulled into Victory GMC and Pat Pritche in the service department had us unhook our RV and got the truck right into the shop. After determining what the problem was, we knew our truck would be out of commission for a few days. Walked in to check out buying a car and was greeted with the nicest car sales agents. A huge shout out to Brooklynn as she made the complete experience as smooth as possible while entertaining two of my daughters through it all! She listened to what I wanted and in my price range and stayed in middle of the lower side, great experience all the way around, then to all the final paperwork and Preston did the same, he listened and didn't try to push any extras while entertaining our daughters as well.

I don’t usually post reviews, positive or negative, yet I felt inclined to do so for this dealership. As I was traveling north on I 29, I hit some semi tire debris. And noticed that my GMC Sierra was making a rattle afterwords. I called the service department and let them know of the situation, they told me to bring it in. Once I arrived, they got it up on the lift and identified the cause for the rattle promptly. They fixed it and had me back on the road in less than two hours thank you guys!

I bought a 2017 Ford Escape from here back in December and it has run great. Kius Byrd was amazing to work with, very helpful and on top of everything. Overall a great experience. Got a used 2018 Subaru from them for a fair price, and they gave me a great value for the Nissan I was trading in. Austin was very informative and helpful, and he even made sure the car had a full tank of gas before I drove off the lot. The radio was having issues with the touchscreen and they were unable to fix it, so they payed for and installed a new radio in it. Known Mike Wachtel for year's the gentle giant unless you make him mad anyway I seen him mad LOL. Service was delivered on time with a smile. Very friendly people. All of the work on my recall and maintenance was done within 4 hours. My only complaint is that the lounge is too small and only has two chairs.
