Scheduled an oil change, showed up early and sat in customer lounge; after an hour I look into the garage to see my car with the hood up, so I figured they were almost done. 10 minutes later I checked again and the technician was just then hoisting up to perform the oil change. I stood there watching him pull the drainage pan over; Proceeded to ask, "why my vehicle sat in the garage for an hour and 10 minutes before that oil change process?". First! I was told, "they are short technicians because of illness" (there were service employees in the garage carrying on conversations), then (from the Garage Manager) that they were having difficulty with another vehicle so that tech was called over. I replied, "that I should have been informed of the delay". I was not charged for this service. The same day I asked the opinion on a matter with my driver side window making a squeaking sound when the window was rolled up or down. The Tech checked and said, "that it was probably the regulator and that would cost $600.00!" After I left, I asked a friend, (over the phone) his opinion....spray with DW40! $2.99 later the squeak was gone and problem fixed. I do not know the names of the Service Manager or the technician. I WILL NO LONGER PATRON VICTORY BUICK. Didn't have problems when the buick dealership was owned by Mr. Albright.

Tried to low ball me on my trade in!!!!! What a waste of time and energy

initially I had gone to Hilltop Motors as from.what I had been. told their was that 2000 down would.be able to get me Into a 2011 Honda accord. well I got to hilltop with the rest of a 2k down payment and they apparently never actually made sure that a bank.wpuld accept 2k down. they told me come.back.at 1pm and when I did they said it would need to be another 20lk down. I then went to victory Buick gmc as they had a chevy cruze I was interested in that a few days ago they said they could probably get me in for 2k down. well low and behold they were able to work with my chapter 13 crunch numbers and get it to.fit within the terms and I got a better car for less money although the one I got jas the common problem of the infotainment system buttons for the radio/cd player worming but atleast cds, and auxiliary cables work untill I find a decent t aftermarket one. all in all very pleased with the 2014 Chevy Cruze. Top notch customer service from Alexander Brown and the rest of the salesmen their. Will definitely be back

Highly recommend Victory for service. We experienced car trouble with our 22 Yukon on our way from SD to Frisco, TX to see SD State win the FCS Championship. Rolled in at closing time, Chris and Chris went above and beyond to help us out that night, we got a rental to go the rest of the way the next morning. The team at Victory had ours ready and waiting for us to get back home. They were great to work with!

My dealer was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. I was a little disappointed the car didn't have navigation but he showed me how the car could connect to my phone and use Google maps on the screen instead. Sold!
